Do not shop at Ashley furniture on Zarzamora! They have poor customer service, they do not communicate, they do not answer phones! They are all horrible!! I ordered a floor lamp and the lamp is unavailable but I have yet to be able to get my money back. They will not refund for 3 weeks now. They are thieves!!!!

I refuse to give this location ANY stars but I had to otherwise I wouldn’t be able to post a review. They are so unhelpful! We order our furniture in May and we’re told there might be a delay on some pieces. Understood given circumstances. After that it was horrible. Arrival dates were given, arrived at the warehouse and then pieces were not at the warehouse. They “mysteriously” disappeared. There was absolutely no communication between the store, the warehouse or the call center. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager I was instructed to call the call center. When I called the center they told me no matter who I talked to they can only see what is on the screen. So basically there was not anyone who could look further into this supposedly. That is just ridiculous and very unprofessional for there to be no one in charge that could get to the bottom of an issue. This went on for MONTHS! We had to make trips to the store because the store number is directed to the automated call center and we were NEVER able to get through. And when we went to the store and explained the situation different employees told us the scripted “I understand and we’re sorry”. Like no unacceptable don’t be sorry because that is not giving answers to anything. So needless to say today, Oct 1st, we FINALLY got all our pieces delivered. I will never do business with Ashley again! Y’all are the worst when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. I will never have anything good to say about this establishment and I will advertise to anyone about your poor professionalism. JUST SAY NO TO ASHLEYS EVERYONE!! Not worth it!

I was there yesterday. Didn't see any restaurant booths. You can also check online. They have more furniture online than in stores. I was told online orders take longer to arrive. I'm still waiting for a dresser I ordered online early June.
I make my payments every 2 weeks They got me a 3000 credit got a very beautiful Fabric sectional and a king size bed frame! Believe me the people who work there are wonderful ask for Joseph
Yes they do sell couches I don't know they pick it up the old one but you better buy insurance because because they do not honor the one-year warranty
