Is there anyone in store answering the phone? Been calling ALL DAY to get an update on my order but NO ONE has answered the phone or returned my voicemails. Called customer service, they sent a ticket to the store letting them know. Still nothing.

I cancelled my order after 16 weeks of waiting for delivery, now they are calling me every half an hour from an automatic message asking to confirm delivery. Their customer service sucks

How do you talk to a person at the store? Got thru to someone not at the store, told me to listen to the prompts, I did but obviously not the right one. Will not order if I can't speak to a person.

I was told "option 3." Chose it, waited 4 mins with sales and music, then transfered me to silence. Now going on 17 mins, 17 seconds. This is after 45 mins on the phone with the call center. Update: call is still connected, going on waiting in silence for 27 mins, 30 sec. Giving up on this call.

Ashley Furniture on IH10 has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Once you pay cash for the Furniture then NO ONE CARES!!!!! The 1-800 # is EVEN WORST!!! Where do YOU HIRE THESE PEOPLE????

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ashley HomeStore has committed itself to provide a clean, safe shopping environment for all team members and guests.
