I was told "option 3." Chose it, waited 4 mins with sales and music, then transfered me to silence. Now going on 17 mins, 17 seconds. This is after 45 mins on the phone with the call center. Update: call is still connected, going on waiting in silence for 27 mins, 30 sec. Giving up on this call.
