I have been waiting months for a credit on my account. They don’t answer the phone often. When the phone is answered the folks tell you only the owner can apply the credit. You ask to speak to the owner and you can’t. Won’t give you a number or email. You have to wait for he main office to call you. The main office calls to tell you the same thing. Only the owner can apply credit. I purchased an entire living room set. The coffee tables were never delivered. I called to find out what was happening and was told I could pick other coffee tables or a credit. At that time, 2 months ago, I was told 2 weeks for it to be applied.

Still going through a very terrible experience with this place. Me and my husband ordered a dining room set and a bedroom set. This was ordered on Easter. Here we are nearly 3 months later and I have yet to receive the table and I cannot put the bed frame together due to missing hardware. Every time it is another excuse, “oh we have to do inventory, we cannot deliver your items”, “we have your stuff but we cannot find it”. I believe I’ve been more Patient that I should’ve been. It’s doesn’t make sense to me that I am paying on items that I have not received.

Bad place to shop
I was just in there Wednesday. I was right by the cashier desk looking through furniture catalogs. The phone was always answered each time it rang, but it did ring pretty often. I've bought tons of stuff here and have never had anything "shady" happen. They are always very nice, very professional and their prices always beat out any other store.
You need to do a review on them they where horrible to me and I let people know on google
If this is the case, they are nothing more than they seize the sale and they do not deliver the complete purchases, I am missing a three-k armchair, I bought as a living room and the camera was changed in size, terrible a king and they took us a quin and we paid a deluver ai and they told us As I was already in our house, they could no longer do anything the mirror in the dressing room until the date they still did not give it to us. Yes my bill took a while to come in. I think it has to do with the time of purchase (date) and billing cycles. If you received your card i think the website is on the back
