We spent over 2,000 on a lift recliner that is the most uncomfortable chair ever. It has a metal rod on back & middle of seat cushion which service department can’t fix and lazy boy store is like too bad, it’s yours now!

Purchased a LazyBoy couch from here. There was frame damage within a year. Called the LazyBoy store like it said on the information provided when I purchased the couch. They couch was still under warranty, so the labor + parts would be paid for. However, I told them I was moving out of state and needed the repair to happen ASAP. The part was back ordered and arrived 3 weeks after my move. Because LazyBoy San Antonio had me go through them directly rather than LazyBoy Customer Care my couch was no longer under warranty. Working with Customer Care was an absolute nightmare. Absolutely do NOT purchase LazyBoy furniture from here or anywhere else.

My first visit I was helped by Jean Okrasa. She was very helpful and had ideas to help me with my choices. My second visit my husband and I were helped by Donna. She answered all our questions. She moved chairs around and matched leather samples for us till we found what we wanted.
