Went here and ordered 2 large fries well done and I received some cold fries after waiting 5mins. Want be coming back here anytime soon.

I come from the otherside of Kinston to this restaurant with my husband for breakfast and today I must say has been the worst! They give you an uncooked English muffin ( both sandwiches ) and then get upset when you go back and have them either cook them or exchange them and get belittled by the manager and staff! That's absolutely unexceptable, not to mention being told they don't have no time for "your mess" they turn around and hand us two new sandwiches after she yells across the restaurant not to butter the English muffin hands it to us and low and behold they're the wrong ones! Asked for a refund won't be going back there ever again! People need to do better

What is wrong with these employees at this McDonald's! They keep serving me hot fries and hot burgers just the way I ordered it. This shouldn't be. This isn't normal! Why are they not like the rest of the McDonald's who serve cold food. I drive from Kinston to eat here because they are the best!!!!! Small town doing big things!!! Go Snowhill McDonald's!! #Encore
