Is there anyone in store answering the phone? Been calling ALL DAY to get an update on my order but NO ONE has answered the phone or returned my voicemails. Called customer service, they sent a ticket to the store letting them know. Still nothing.

I cancelled my order after 16 weeks of waiting for delivery, now they are calling me every half an hour from an automatic message asking to confirm delivery. Their customer service sucks

I had the same problem and went into the store only to find a ton of salesmen sitting around doing literally nothing.
