Coach Robert is a great coach. I am so happy and feel fortunate to have this gym here in Olympia. If you are thinking about doing jiu-jitsu i recommend you visit this gym. If you are a female I highly encourage you to learn jiu -jitsu. I love it!

Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming. The beginner classes are very fun and informative. Lots of open mat time and more competitive classes as well. Whether you've practiced BJJ before or if its your first time, I would definitely recommend this gym.

He gives pretty deep discounts for families. Also as previously mentioned he has a week free trial. The gym has a great family feel to it.
Open mat is 4:30 to 6pm Monday through Friday. $12 drop in fee
I am not sure there is a strict rule. I have seen kids as young as 4 in classes.
