I would put no stars but it's not a option...the owner's abuse there maintenance staff and they treat them poorly and call them liars when the staff trys to defend them self from false accusations.. oh and for all the residents that live there they are nice to your face but talk very poorly about you behind your back as well and how they don't like when anyone uses the club house or the pool that's why you have to reserve the club house first..don't work or live here just my recommendation coming from first hand experience!!!!

Hi Albert, I am a real estate agent and have had listings in Sunrise East. The lease amount varies from 500-600 a month and includes road and common area maintenance, irrigation water, use of the club house, pool, exercise room and hot tub. There is also RV parking for your guest, added storage space and RV storage when available.
