Don’t buy anything without bringing an inspector! The day we went to shop for the Rv We were told that everything was working properly and that they couldn’t sell anything that wasn’t working. We had to pay for inspection that costed us $600 + and we were told that nothing was broken after inspection. They sold us an used fifth wheel with an broken converter that had us buying 5 batteries that only lasted 7 hours each, making us miserable without power in the summer until the new converter was delivered THANKS TO AMAZON PRIME NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Once we turned the water, on the next day the whole fuse box and side of the couch was flooded. More than 5 places leaking water underneath the trailer, including basement storage that damaged all the clothes that I had stored there. We tested everything once we got the trailer but nothing seemed broken because we didn’t stay inside for long and didn’t leave the water connected either. We’ve tried to call them and no answer. Left a message and no call back. We knew that buying a used trailer could be a bad idea but they sold us the idea that we didn’t have to worry cause everything was in perfect order. Specially because once we closed on the trailer they said that they had to inspect and fix anything before delivering it to us. I think that the right thing to do it’s to tell the buyers that there’s a problem with the trailer that’s why is on a cheaper side $30,000!!! in order for us to be able to decide if we want to fix it or get something different. I’m very disappointed at this place not only because they lied to get the sale, but because they won’t call us back. Very unprofessional! Be aware people.

This was my first visit to Pete's RV and I am hoping beyond hope that my financing goes thru. They were all so nice to me Nick was such a big help to look at campers and Matt was also a big help to me they are really nice people to work with. Hope you all enjoy your summer in your campers from Pete's.

Sales people are not professional. Was informed a unit would be waiting on us after we took the day off of work. The day prior to pickup the salesperson informs me via text that he was wrong that our camper was not on site. This was also after being ghosted by the sales person for a week. We had cash in hand ready to make a deal, but they were unable to compensate for their mistake, so we decided to go with a different dealer. My advice, don’t waste your time and energy on this dealer.

One of the worst sales experiences I've had. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. They only care about a sale. Bought Jayco camper, "this is a used camper but it's never left or lot and never been used". First time trying to go camping and the $1800 refrigerator doesn't get cold. When I called to speak to our sales guy, he wanted nothing to do with us bc I didn't purchase a warranty. Tried giving me to service and they didn't return my call or request. I dude get a nice camper, but now have to shell out 1500-2000, for a new refrigerator. Go to ALL RV, or anywhere else, the sales here sucks.
