I have a Reese hitch (brand new from Reese) that I need to be put in my truck. Would Pete's be able to do this?

I would let Pete's RV do anything. That's what they do. I think they are great. And yes they can install your hitch.

Hello there to be perfectly honest, last weekend we picked up our 5th wheel ,I had to bring a Reese pin box, which is a gooseneck and there a as everyone looking at it saying it's not going to fit the Jayco after my wife and I was watching them for a couple hrs I decided to walk over and they were telling me they needed to drill holes , I said no let's just get it up in there ND come too find out I was right no drilling required I had to basically show them how to install it. The tech with his tape measure obviously doesn't no how to read the thing. Then come to find out they didn't install the chains correctly, we get home and I take a look and don't like how the bolts look and without looking at instructions i put the chains where I think they should go and sure enough I mounted them the way Reese wants you too . Oh and they didn't even torque the bolts correctly. The sales department gave us the best service hands down everyone was super awesome not one complaint, service sucks
