I am extremely dissatisfied with Men's Wearhouse. I had a large Grooms party of 9. Our first meeting with the sales rep was great, we felt like we were given a great deal and we left feeling that we understood everything. We ordered one full suit, and put in for the groomsmen to have everything but the jacket and shoes as optional if they needed them. We were told, since the groomsmen weren't getting the jacket, pocket square, and shoes as just optional, the price would be lowered. As my party went to get sized and ordered, they were all told different prices by different Men's Wearhouse's. Frustrated, we called for an explanation. We were told that the prices we were quoted were NOT accurate. Which we understood and said ok, that's fine. Move forward, on the website, it said we qualified for a free suit rental , so we gave that option one of our groomsmen who couldn't afford it. We were told yep that's fine. He went in, they charged him a deposit. We called, they said they put on file to reimburse. He went in again, he was not reimbursed. We called, they gave us an attitude, and said it was only if all groomsmen got the full suit so we shouldn't have gotten it. Again EXTREMELY misleading information. We should have been told this the first time we called, or it should not have been on the website! We got our refund for our friend, but we wouldn't be upset, if the correct information was given to us in the first place. Day of wedding, my husbands shirt has a stamp that says off the rack sample, do not give out on his back. Overall, would never deal with them again if I can help it. The one good thing I will say, is that in a pinch, we had some hiccups with pants and some shirts being the wrong size, but they fixed it immediately and was great about that. Extremely frustrated with the quality of service, communication, and organization. Being a big name in the wedding industry I had thought they would be better.

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. If you need anything at all, suits, jackets, shirts, ties, pocket squares, tie clips, and even custom suits they have it. Definitely worth checking out. Also a great selection of big and tall stuff especially ties.

Great service, I've been here a number of times for different occasions in my life for funerals, weddings etc. and I've always had a pleasant experience. They tailor things here and it takes a couple days to receive it back so try not to procrastinate if possible.
