Horrible Company to do business with! We have been in business since 1977 producing high quality remanufactured starters and alternators. We do business with large companies and small business like Chris and his company at Rising Star Roofing. We re manufactured his starter from a man lift piece of equipment. When starter came in the armature was completely burnt and N/G as well as other component parts. We installed new armature and component parts and informed customer he has a serious short/ electrical issue on board and to diag and fix that prior to installing the stater. Customer came back a second time with start stating its N/G and doesn't work. We inspected it and found Chris and his staff tampered with our starter and removed the spring and clip from the rear of the field coil housing which holds the armature in place. We tried helping Chris out and did't charge to repair the problem that he created by dissembling our starter. Chris and his staff were dismissive and arrogant when we informed of what they did. Now Chris is going around illegitimately bad mouthing our company for a problem that he and his staff originated and never resolved until they hired United Rentals to come out and fix their onboard issues with the man lift after he burned the starter up for a 3rd time. Vendors and Customer be aware, because Chris didn't get his way and sanctification, he will bad mouth you illegitimately for an issue that you didn't cause.
