Hi, I moved here in Dec. 2020 in a 1/1 unit with a price of $985/month plus services like water/trash/sewer/pest control around $50-60, so, the total was aprox. $1,035-1,040 but in December 2021 my new rent increased payment to $1,265!! so it was $280 extra and if you check price for now 2022 it is $1,535!!! so, $270 more for the same unit...this increase is insane for someone that the salary remains the same and does not increase in the same way that rent is... I plan to move out.

Really friendly staff, most laid back apartment complex I've ever rented from. The buildings and appliances are a bit old but any problems you may have are quickly fixed by their maintenence crew and appliances are easily replaced upon request. Would recommend living here if you want a tucked away laid back renting experience with good amenities and a nice community of renters and staff.

Audubon it will always have a piece of my heart it was me and my husband's first apartment for the last 5 years we just moved out this month we have amazing memories their the staff is absolutely amazing kind friendly always wanting to help the Maintenance team are the best never had one issue in 5 years they go above and beyond to help they always kept the community clean everyone is so friendly We're going to miss you Audubon!! Definitely higher quality than the average review. Reviews really make or break an apartment complex for me, so I want to at least share my experience, hope it helps! I lived in 2x2 and I honestly had no complaints about the apartment itself. We moved in to a mostly carpeted apartment (which I was kind of worried about) and it was cleaner than I was expecting. ~ Rent a good carpet cleaner once and it'll do the trick! The amenities are a little old, but fine. *There is a WASHER AND DRIER HOOKUP, but it does not come with the apartment. Also, ours didn't have a microwave. The neighborhood is kind of quaint and everyone is pretty friendly, but not in your business. If I had to fault them at one thing, I would say there are no sidewalks, you can only walk in the street or the grass. The roads were, however, just redone (tg)! Overall, good experience!
