Update - This office is so incompetent, I gave in writing 4 times I was not renewing my lease, twice in July and twice in August and then they kept sending me renewal offers, I then met face to face with manager told her I was not renewing. I receive a phone call from the office about renewing I told them for the 6th time I was not renewing, I received an email stating "I accepted their renewal offer" which I didn't they must have accepted for me??? AVOID THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX Recently I had standing water in my kitchen sink when using the dishwasher after no response to a email from the office I walked into the office after dealing with this for 6 days and it was fixed. I now have the same issue and its been 5 days and no response from maintenance. If you move here be prepared to be inconvenienced as maintenance request take between one to two weeks to complete or longer Move in day was a fiasco. Apartment was not ready at the time I was told it would be 2 p.m., movers had to sit in the truck for 2.5 hours (4:30), cleaning crew didn't leave until 6:30, the movers were moving in my things while the cleaning crew was here, and I was given misinformation by the office staff. In addition, I had maintenance issues that took 3 days to get corrected. Now that all the issues are correctly I am happy with my choice to move here. My suggestion to management is to have a check list to make sure everything is in working order before renting and apartment and make sure the apartment is move in ready at the set time provided.

I love the turn around that the property management has made. I see a lot more clean up with the property and effort behind staff. Assistance Manager Zenaida has definitely continued to impress me with outstanding attitude and kindness. Keep up the good work.

We moved here a year ago and the experience has been great, we couldn't ask for better property for the price we are paying for. This community is perfect for families like our own. The maintenance team is always on top of any issues
