Unless you are just desperate, stay away from this place. The manager/iwner/lackey named Haim is a male chauvinist. He talked to me like I was crazy or garbage but let my husband talk to him... he'd damn near kiss my husband's butt! Never got a water bill under $100 but when I questioned why... I was to blame. Yup. I run water for no reason at all. 🙄 upon moving out, he told us to leave anything we were throwing out inside the apartment that way the city didn't charge him.. but he charged us. Took cleaning fee(I spent 2 days and left it cleaner than I got it) charged another $100 water bill even though we weren't even there... they are straight up crooks. Like I said. Unless you are desperate I'd hunt somewhere else to live. A cardboard box would be better than dealing with Haim and his crooks...

I do not recommend this place to be rented by anyone. The landlord was very unprofessional. He wanted extra money which was not included in the lease not to mention wrongfully eveicting me. Nothing was in writing. There's dog feces all around the complex. I am a 76 year old woman who is on section 8 who just needed a place to lay my head without any problems. He told me that section 8 is to give him what they desire and I was to give him what he asked for. Upon my moving out I had no ac for 2 months. It was completely miserable. Do Not Move here.!
