Super cute, renovated apartment with a large screened-in lanai, on the canal. I would often see large fish, manatees, and tons of birds. It's close to everything, and when I lived there reasonable rent. I had to break my lease early and the managers were beyond understanding. I cannot thank them enough. I really did enjoy my short time at Coral Waters Apartments.

I lived here for around 19 months, I had maintenance problem after maintenance problem, I am talking major things like refrigerator my first week, the manager let me move into a apartment with a bad refrigerator and she knew it was bad I found out later from Jackie who used to work there, and of course I lost money with food going bad. I had a/c go out 3 times and the maintenance guy Luis does not answer the phone, ever after hours. I had 5 leaks that should have been fixed right the first time but again Luis doesn't do this. I had windows that didn't open, sliding door to patio barely opened, stains on ceiling, water damage and terrible rug but they don't care. I would say with out getting into the details at least once a month a major maintenance issue. When I first moved in there were mistakes made that cost me money, they had the move in date wrong on my lease, not huge just one day but asked them to fix this and they ignored me. The root of the problem is the manager Kate, she doesn't care about the tenants period and is a terrible manager, her workers know this like Luis and the Hispanic woman at the other property so they also treat tenants poorly, huge problem but it is obvious what the owners care about one thing and that is their profit period, there is much more negative but I am done and just glad I moved. I now live in a place that is much better than this property and very grateful for that.

Staff is not accommodating. Apartment falls apart after less than a year, maintenance will fix something for it to break again in a month or two..

This is a hidden gem. One of the nicest places I’ve lived in the past 17 years and I’ve lived at Avalon Preserve, Summerlin Trace and Sail harbor. The apts may not be brand new but this place makes up for it with the friendly staff and all the really genuine people that live there. It’s always really quiet and being right off of Hendry creek there is a lot of wildlife. This is a really cool place to live and the prices are reasonable for the area. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
