I had a 2017 Volt. The GM dealers didn't want it because the GM battery won't last, they wouldn't fix it under warranty, so in three years it will be worthless. I tried KBB and the GM dealers said no way and the Cybertruck won't be out for another year so I sold it. It was worth 24,000 but GM didn't want it on their lots. Thanks Carmax for helping me.

The representative was wonderful. I am only giving 4 stars because the interior of the vehicle wasn’t very clean.

Everyone - EVERYONE - was as nice as they could be. In fact, it was like meeting new friends. Not kidding. Josh at the front desk was very engaging and kept us entertained while they tested my car and he couldn't have been nicer. The price was more than I expected and they wrote up an offer in a NY Minute. I came back 2 days later and they took care of me and the sale inside of half an hour I was holding a check. Then the next day I realized I left my bicycle key in the back door pocket. They told me they'd find it and they did and gave me 14 days to retrieve it. My husband did the next day. All is well. Great people, highly recommend them - don't waste your time on other buyers. CarMax ROCKS !!!
RUTHLESS RACING STORE
My infinity been at this place for almost 3 weeks and they havent even looked at it i purchase the car there and they tell you the warranty process is easy but is not at all they dont give you a loaner so be prepared to be with out a car for weeks the customer service is terrible they never pick up phone im bout to pick up my car and just take it some where else what a waste of time IM NEVER BUYING A CAR THERE AGAIN !!

I got a decent price from Carmax, still owed the lender and they paid that for no extra fee then cut me a check for the difference.
I went to Carmax with my vehicle because I was over on mileage and I received an offer that actually was more than the payoff. Instead of paying for the excess mileage and the disposition fee to the leasing company I ended up pocketing money.
Carmax offers its own warranties.
You have to redo your info because the offer is only good 7 days
No. Purchase only
In my experience you first have to pay to transfer the car to your location. You are not obligated to purchase the car after the transfer. It is not added to the price of the car. It is a separate fee.
Sure. You can get any car featured on their site. You can even get a car transferred from another store to your store. You arent obligated to purchase the car, but there may be a transfer fee you have to pay depending on the distance. They will even purchase your car even if you don't buy one from them. You can do financing there too. I have purchased my last 2 cars from Carmax and have been extremely happy.
US dollars, finance
I want to see pik up offers from 2013 onwards worth 12,000 or less
No speaka espanol
About an hour or so, fairly easy actually
I'm very sorry I don't speak Spanish have a blessed day
Yolette, Cindi is right. The process takes only 25min they have trained professional that will give you a free assessment on your Buick. Take your title with you this way if you like the offer you can sell your vehicle. Now if your also looking for a replacement Carmax has some cool certified rides to fit any type of budget. Try them and find out the easiest way to sell your Car and buy one as well.
Yes they would if it's in good shape ready to go looks good paints okay all that they will buy it
Go to carmax.com and set up an appointment for an appraisal.
I had a very good experience and I am happy with my purchase.
They usually don't deal in high milage cars. I bought my 2014 Accord with 15,159 miles on it.
I agree.
Call or go by there. You will not get an adequate resolution on Google.
I'm sure they would trade it in for you. I believe they would ever pay off your mirage or add it to the new loan. Good luck 🤞
Go to the Carmax dealership speak with a salesperson to schedule the appraisal let then know the situatuon and then have it towed there for the appraisal, it would have to at least be titled in your name for the sale of it to them.
They tell you how much they are worth it, if you do not like it, you do not lose anything, you sell it with a sign, it SELLS, you sure sell it at the price you want, I do not know if I answered well
