Yes we have washer and dryer units in all apartments homes. Studio apartment homes have stackable washer and dryers, while our one, two and three bedroom units have full size washer and dryers.

Yes we do offer short term leases. We have a 3 month minimum. Please contact our office for additional details.

Yes we do! We have no weight limit, but we do have some restricted breeds. In addition, we have two pet parks for your convenience.

Yes! We offer flexible lease terms from 3-15 month leases. After your lease ends, we can explore options and you may roll into month to month status when possible.

Definitely! We can make your apartment home truly move-in ready and take care of furnishings before you arrive. Everything can be waiting for you, even silverware!

Yes! This is one of the most unique features of Springs at Six Mile Cypress. Some apartments feature private, attached garages with direct access into your home. We also have detached garages that are a short walk to your front door. The amount of private storage space is unparalleled in Fort Myers!

Springs at Six Mile Cypress are luxury apartments homes. We do not take Section 8 at this time.
