I truly love the townhouse, but her availability, her desire and her willingness to help no matter how many times I called to ask any question made me like it and decide to take this house. I’ve always wanted a place of my own, and thanks to Ashley I was able to have my own. She was very helpful with any questions I asked and knew what she was doing. I was glad to have her show me the place and be upfront with everything. She showed me all around and I am very thankful for that. Its also very close to stores that I would shop at too! I love the scenery of the place and Ashley being kind, helpful, made me feel at home already. I am glad to say I felt welcomed by Ashley and am glad I got her to show me the place. It is also dog friendly and as someone who loves dogs I was very pleased with that. If I could give a more than 5 star review I definitely would.

I wish I could give this place a negative 5 star review. Old management was WAY better and dealt with residents much nicer. I moved out, scrubbed literally everything, was down on my hands and knees making sure everything was clean. Absolutely spotless. These people charged me my ENTIRE security deposit for 2 small “discoloration” spots on the carpet that could be cleaned by their cleaning crew. They decided they wanted to just replace the entire carpet therefore taking my entire security deposit. I went to the office to find out why this was the go to option and Barbara was so dismissive and was like, “this looks like pet damage” when I don’t even have a pet. This would mean it was from a previous resident therefore, not my problem. They don’t care at all about taking money when they are already overpriced. I would never recommend living here. This was one of PLENTY of issues including maintenance entering my unit without calling when I checked the box “call for entry” and also left my apartment unlocked and denied they did it. Management didn’t even care when I addressed it. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Oh and one more thing, when I moved in, there were ants everywhere before I even brought as much. As a toothbrush in. Lease this place at your own risk.
