I have lived here for 3 years and this neighborhood has gone downhill each year. They have increased my rent each year, yet seem to care less and less. Starting with the quality of the apartments here. Every single appliance has broken, my bathroom sink flooded, ac broke, and when it broke during a heat wave this summer, I was without AC for 3 full days until they could replace it. management told us to deal with it and we were “lucky” they were replacing it. The hedges are so overgrown in this neighborhood that I can’t even walk out of my apartment without literally walking into the bushes. Was a very nice neighborhood and has significantly gone downhill.

I had the privilege of working with Lisa during my application and rental process. To say she was outstanding would be an understatement. She was patient and answered every one of my questions -- no waffling, no "I'll get back to you on that", nothing but definitive answers. And I had a LOT of questions for after arriving in Fort Myers. Whenever I thought of something after driving away, I would call her or email her and Lisa would get back to me in less than 5 minutes and quite often in less than a minute. Her committment to service and attention to detail are without comparison. Everybody in that office made me fell welcome and constantly asked if there was anything else I needed to know or anything they could do. Lisa showed me the exact apartment I would be renting, I was able to see the pool and clubhouse, as well as the grounds. It's clear they put great effort into making Bay Harbor a great place to live. I am lucky and proud to have Lisa as my leasing agent and to walk me through the process. Her expertise is invaluable. And you won't go wrong in having her to help you navigate everything that needs to be done.

Shout out to Steve from engineering. I called literally 5 minutes later he calls me back. He was honest and didn't mess me around with timing either which I appreciated and he stuck to it.....It was getting late and my AC had tripped my hot water heater so I wasn't getting any hot water all day so at 7pm I decided to call the emergency line Steve called back within 5 minutes on his break to tell me he would be with me within the hr....... and so be it he came knocking on the door and fixed my issue within 5 minute's. I'm so happy we have Steve at night God bless him for fixing 2 issues at once. . I wish I knew his last name
