I have a lot of trouble buying clothes. I require a tall size and while chains such as this sell those sizes on line they do not keep any in store, not even a sample so you can verify what size fits. Most of these chains use a service called tru fit and I was not comfortable with the size suggested for my dimensions and wanted to try something on. In the store they didn't have and the staff members I spoke to were not even aware that the company sold tall sizes. I could have ordered the wrong size but I did want to go through the trouble of ordering and returning the goods and then try ordering another size. I understand that they probably do not sell enough of these sizes to keep stock in store but they could keep a sample of each size so that you could check it out and then order with confidence.

Fitting rooms were closed. I understand COVID related concerns and am myself wearing masks religiously, but I don't understand how closing your fitting rooms helps here. All other stores we visited in the mall had their fitting rooms open. We are from out of town, so we didn't have the luxury of buying stuff blind and then come back to return what doesn't fit. May as well order online instead then, if I cannot try it on anyway. That way, returns are much easier, too.
