Good place to buy. Just recommended that the air conditioning be stronger, more than anything in the afternoon since the heat is very strong on the store at that time.

The service at this location has definitely declined. On a Friday night, there were only 2 cashiers and long lines, while other associates are “chillin” and laughing just walking around. This is a service industry. The store was empty, clothes everywhere just all around bad experience. I have to search for another Burlington to shop at. I tried to give this location one more chance but have seen improvements in recent months.

Yes. I agree with many people a lot of merchandise. However the 1 star rating is because we had to wait in line for 55 min. Unbelievable. The 1st time this evening we saw the waiting line and left... The 2nd time because it was late 9pm we thought we would finish sooner . But NO they only had 4 registers. I complained to the manager there, but this seems to be a higher level management deciding this (closing the register by the mall side). So DO NOT come here unless you want to wait for 1 hour at LEAST!!!

Huge Burlington and extremely organized. I finally found the planter that I was looking for. The associates are friendly and the wait in line is not so bad
