Bad place to live. Management is trash.

One star because I can hear anything an everything through the walls especially in the bedroom. If you like to sleep in, cancel that! Every Friday and Saturday I am woken up at the crack of dawn by either loud music or workers that have been working for the past month. Other than removing the carpet maybe make your walls thicker.

I have to breakdown why I’m giving 5 stars.. 1. My manager at my job actually recommended this community and Off first glance just driving through the community first thing I noticed was how clean it was. I mean, it looked like there wasn’t a leaf on the ground nowhere lol. Next thing we noticed was people who were walking or just with their dogs was waving at us saying hi lol I know it might not mean a lot but to me and my family it definitely means something. So for the first time ever I trusted my gut, manager, and all I saw at first glance and walked into the office and applied without even seeing a unit at all. We applied in February and of course nothing was available till April 30th. I looked at it like nobody wants to leave here which is a good thing. I’ve learned when an apartment complex has a lot of availability that’s a red flag. Before getting approved we had to go through some obstacles but when I tell you Kelsie Amburr Chelsea and everyone else was so helpful, understanding, and had so much patience with us gained us so much respect and love for them. Again from past experiences coming from Miami, you might find 1 person at the front office nice to you simply cause they “need” your business but over here at college pointe, you can tell they don’t “need” you it’s just genuine love and these ladies are just naturally nice and helpful. Anyway, as the time got closer to move in dates, we finally got to see the exact unit we were moving into. Again, very beautiful as expected. We moved in and of course things were not 100% perfect BUT the communication with the ladies upfront was perfect. Within 1 day our issues were not only addressed but fixed within hours. Again super surprised. The neighbors I have in building 10 super nice, people came up to us and our kids and introduced themselves, welcomed us to the neighborhood lol I’m sorry but I’m in my mid 30’s and I’ve lived few places and I’ve never experienced the level of friendliness and respect that’s giving at college pointe and my building. It’s like a scary movie like are we being set up? Is this a mtv punkd show? Lol so far everything is going great. But once again huge shoutout to Kelsie Amburr Chelsea everyone else and corporate for hiring the right people. You’ll love it here!
