Came here back in November of 2021 because I could feel myself getting an ear infection. When I arrived I filled out my forms and gave them my ID as well as my insurance card. The wait wasn’t bad and the staff was fine. I let the doctor know that I was prone to ear infections and that it was just hurting in the one ear as of right now and they prescribed me ear drops and an oral medication. I went right to CVS to pick up the medication and they said they didn’t have it. I went to another CVS that was down the street and they also said they didn’t have my prescriptions. At this point the urgent care and all pharmacies were closed so I had to suffer through the night. In the morning I called urgent care in tears because of the pain, they apologized and said they spelled my last name with a K instead of a H which is why the pharmacy said they didn’t have my prescription and told me I had to come back in to urgent care to get a new script filled to bring to the pharmacy. Not really sure how you mess up a name that was written down multiple times on forms and a name they was on my ID and insurance card. I paid a $50 copay and just got a letter in the mail the other day that I owe an extra $30 when this incident happened 10 months ago. And it’s saying the balance is due in 5 days. Will NEVER come here again, better off going to your primary physician.
