In January 2022 they cancelled my child's coverage I had with Horizon Blue Cross because they may have been eligible for medicare or medicaid. I'm on 8 months and counting trying to get her insured. They keep asking for the same documents for months and months and won't move anything along.

Judge should have told your ex to give you one with the custody agreement.
If you have insurance, like Horizon or Amerigroup, you can go on their site and look up an orthopedic doctor by zip code. This will endure that they will take your insurance.

The closest office would be the Westmont outreach office ....your best best would be to apply on the website. Njfamilycare.org. office addresses are on the site as well.
