can my son who is 42 and has not been able to work for the entire year of 2019 and is on Horizon NJ health be claimed by myself as a dependent on my Taxes or will that impact his health plan. He can't afford to lose his health coverage.

he cannot be claimed as a dependent. he should apply for NJ FamilyCare on his own at the state website
