NEGLEGENT. I will never send my husband, or anyone here again. I will say that the woman at the front desk gave EXCELLENT service. My husband is severely claustrophobic and she walked him through all 3 of the tests. If it wasn't for her I don't think he could have done it. She was really great. HOWEVER, he had to go back for additional views (which is fine) and now its been TEN DAYS and we still haven't received the results. I called, the doctors office called 2x, and the doctor himself called for the results and was told they'd send it right over. We are now on the next day AND THEY ARE CLOSED due to a holiday. There could be nothing wrong, BUT WHAT IF THERE IS?? He had 3 tests done for HIS BRAIN/HEAD. Not like his ankle is broken, were talking possible blood clots or aneurysms here. I promise if there is something wrong we will be contacting an attorney.

The worst experience of my life ...I have had a lot of mris and this was the worst couldn't wait to get out of there. There was no reason for my mri to take 2hrs. Was in more pain when I left then when I got there. Would have taken meds if I had known.

The worst place to go if you need an MRI. I scheduled an appointment here instead of my usual radiology site on the recommendation of AETNA. That was a BIG MISTAKE. They apparently have some staffing issues here because the cancelled my appointment twice due to sick employees. Not only did they cancel but they were no help getting me rescheduled. When I received the call to cancel the second appointment (the night before) I asked for a manager. I was told that he was the manager. I asked what he could do to help me and he said I should call Princeton Radiology. I expected some assistance, perhaps schedule me at another Capital Health site, or hospital ? But I was on my own. This was not an insurance or precert issue, I had all that in order. It was a staffing issue at this site. I have a major health issue and really needed this test. Now I won't have any answers until I can arrange it somewhere else. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS HERE. Don't waste your time making an appointment, they will just cancel you the night before. Unforgivable and no concern for my health at all.

The tech and receptionist were very nice at the site, which was convenient. BUT, I had an xray on monday, and I am still waiting for the written report to be sent to my Dr. As of 11am friday. I received the disc of images, but my doctor needs the written report, which the place also will NOT send to me. Images are OK for me to have, but not the report? 4 days to read an xray? Unacceptable.
