Only reason it's 2 stars is because on convenience. The biggest issue is that the 2nd lane from the left, when leaving, is only an exit for monthly parking. That's wonderful and all, but is insanely inefficient when you have traffic backed up all the way up to the 5th floor during rush hour. What's the point of having an exit only for monthly pass users when they're also stuck in the traffic. The monthly pass line used to have a working ticket machine a few weeks ago, but I guess they decided that it was way too efficient and turned it off

I know you can definitely park overnight for some time; from the FAQ, looks like 21 days is the limit. You would pay on exiting the garage.
If you park in the deck, pay $7 at the machines before you exit. Take your ticket with you.
You can keep car there overnight. Not sure what the parking rates are
