Sign says opens at 8 am, however, twice this month, I've gone there after 8 and no one was there. Tried calling several times in the past as well, and no one answers the phone. After about 6 rings, you get their voice mail BUT it's full! Absolute worst business I've ever dealt with. UPS should be ashamed of this store!

Systems down last week for hours. Today they are closed early with no sign or notice.

Absolute worst! Sign says “We Print”, yet no one knows how that option works. The lady at the counter, proceeded to help someone else even though she didn’t finish helping me. The guy, his customer service is by far the worst. Strange how this store is even still in business.

On February 8th, the lady working there in the morning helped me with my packages without me even asking. She was a great help!
