Unfortunately, my husband and I did not have the same experience as all others did in the positive reviews. Recently bought a home and our mortgage rep just said to hire someone who would actually pick up the phone. Sadly, that was the issue. This housing market alone is crazy, and not receiving a timely response from our attorney was not helpful at all, it was more frustrating than it needed to be. I understand times may be busy but he should have respectfully declined us as clients if he was spreading himself too thin.
