Yes, before you're seen, paperwork is filled out. Promises is an amazing place. Several counselors to choose from with a sliding scale on fees due to income needs, if needed. They've been a gift to me for years now.
If they have it available and they usually do. You have to live in Johnson county. But they are Awesome. I hope they can help you. 🙏🙏
No, you don't have to have insurance. Also, they have a "sliding" fee scale based on income. Just go to their website to fill out an application. They're a great help.
