I’ve never in my life had an issue with forwarding my mail ever, even during the pandemic I got things forwarded in a timely manner. This is the first post office I ever encountered with bad service with no explanation to why it’s taking longer than 10 business days to receive my forwarded mail. They’ve put the blame on some mysterious entity holding my mail and them not being able to do anything about it because they have it. The rude unstable creature said it’s taking 3 weeks for mail to be forwarded. Well this is week three! Let’s hope it’s today probably not

We are open 830 am to 5pm at the James Crews location....Our time is correct
Due to the shortage of city carriers & bad weather some houses haven't received mail unfortunately. But the post office is working hard to resolve those issues promptly.
U should go ask them to hold your mail and u can pick it up
Sometimes the barcode and printed address can become damaged and it's likely something like that happens making it unable to be routed. But you should call your local office with the tracking to check on it.

There are no set delivery times for specific addresses. Every day varies based on volume, the time the mail arrives at the station, weather conditions, the carrier's familiarity with the route, among other things.
