Why is it that I received my second package that was ordered a whole week or 2 weeeks after I ordered my first package. Got my second package today on a Sunday but still haven't got any updates on my first package.

Sometimes the barcode and printed address can become damaged and it's likely something like that happens making it unable to be routed. But you should call your local office with the tracking to check on it.

I'd consider calling them they answer just Google your local postal service
