Showed up 5 minutes late and asked the lady if she could print us out a label. Responded with, “Nuh uh” and turned her head and walked away. I understand not being able to help us but maybe find some form of customer service.

Easy to find within the station after asking a tour guide to point my husband and I in the right direction. Staff was friendly enough during rush hour.

I move around a lot so I've been to many post office locations. This was by far my worst experience. I was there on a Tuesday around lunch time so it was expected that it would be particularly busy. There were only two people working but one was only consistently helping people at the counter (the other was helping with a lot of passport things it seemed). I understand that due to COVID, many workforces have been depleted, so again, the wait time was not my issue. When I arrived, I had three shirts that needed to be mailed priority so I planned to pick up a box there. There were no envelopes or boxes in the priority shipping stand so as to package my item before getting to the counter or using the automated machine. I waited in line and handed my one return package to the woman who gave me an envelope for my other items. She asked me to step aside so she could help someone else. When I was finished, I wanted to give the package to her and I needed a receipt for these items. Before I could even speak she told me to set my package to the side because it was so busy and did not offer a receipt for either package (one was a return worth over $600). Because she was helping someone else, I did not interject to ask for one. Two days later my packages still have not been scanned as accepted or processed. I went back to see if they could check on them but because I didn't have a receipt, they could not. I explained my situation and was met with incredibly rude responses and blamed for the situation. I was told there was nothing I could do and next time I should just use the machine. I was also told that I should have requested a receipt and it wasn't the clerk's fault because she was new (I mailed a package two months ago and she was there and had been told by her supervisor to ask if I wanted a receipt) so I know she was not new and knew better. The responses I received today were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I called customer support for the overall post office and the man I spoke to was nice, understanding, and helped me in understanding the process and learning about where my package was. He also filed a ticket documenting my experience and sent it to this location. I will not be returning to this location, even if it means I have to drive to a further location. I would encourage anyone to avoid this location. Read the reviews here, you'll notice that people are continuously met with rudeness upon entering this facility.

I went there today for my passport and another time they were unprofessional then and today. They had us waiting for a long time... What was the point of an appointment 🤔... Also for one of the rude females who closed the door on me as I was talking to tell me over 30 minutes later my I needed another birth certificate, she wasn't good at multitasking AT ALL...

It has been a while since I got my passport but I just took my photo that I got ahead of time passport approved and I would imagine you should be able to take care of it but check ahead of time just to make sure call the Post Office
It depends if it is a first time passport or renewal and if you choose to expedite. The post office acceptance fee is $35. Passport photo if needed is $15. Then there is the actual state department fee which you can calculate at travel.state.gov, then U.S. passports, requirements, fee, and fee calculator.
Yes you can pay with a debit card and PIN.
There are a lot going on with the US postal service currently. They are increasing postage across the board for instance. Not sure if postal money orders is one of the areas they are cutting to remain profitable
Call them and ask.
Did u try to Google it?
Find the tracking number on the receipt you received. Go to https://m.usps.com/m/TrackConfirmAction and enter your tracking number . You can even subscribe for alerts for any change while package is being tracked
Will post office cash a money order from a post office
It depends on the size of the box The smallest box starts at $54 every 6 months. It might of changed since the prices went up yesterday.
Appontment is needed even if you have the photo. Martin city, mo does walk ins. Appointments take about 15 min.
They lie to meet their numbers sometimes Could have been delivered to the wrong address too. I'd give it a day or so and if it's still not there, call.
Call your local station and talk to the supervisor.
No
