Had 2 good visits, however, last visit, having just had a heart attack 6.mos prior..at 50 yrs old,.out of the blue...having heart issues, trouble breathing, and arm and leg numb. The dr kept askng same question over and over as if he didn't believe me. Get scan. Nurse comes in with pain medicine..gabapentin... I stop her and ask what is it..she doesn't tell me what it is, says it's not narcotic. They give it to me, discharge me. During discharge I tell her that medicine is making me excessively angry. She says I'm sorry and continues discharge. Get home to find out it's an antidepressant which I can't take due to it making me have angry weird thoughts. Ill leave it at that. So they acted like it was anxiety that I do not have. After researching scan results THEY gave me, shows I have distended bladder which can cause the arm and leg numbness. Verified it with another physician. They dismissed me. I've taken antidepressant for smoking cessation and had to stay away from.people till it wore off...the nurse dismissed my concern

I loved this Carrollton regional hospital. ER staff was so young and looks getting trained. They are so compassionate to work and hold ethics without rascist.

People need too understand that NOT EVERYTHING CAN BE PERFECT. I came to this ER on sep 26 due to chronic stomach pain turns out it was appendicitis. ER nurse’s and other staff were soooooo wonderful and nice that I’m so thankfull/great full on having them on my side! On the other hand, the nurses upstairs and the transporter kid were a mess. The kid who took me to my room before surgery kept bumping me into corners and it was so painful, he looked liked he didn’t care nor wanted to be there. After 25 minutes he came back for me, when we were heading out too surgery a nurse yelled at me because i still had my gold necklace on and said “THEY TOLD YOU TO TAKE EVERYTHING OFF” so rude like it’s my first surgery i was scared and nervous and the nurses downstairs just told me to take off my clothes nothing about my necklace. My night nurse was amazing i loved her!! she took really good care of me, my morning nurse was a mess, i called her once about pain!! she took an hour to bring my meds and ice. I saw her twice before I was discharged. Other than that i had an amazing experience and never want to comeback 😂😂 never wish anyone appendicitis pain!

Where do I begin? I will never use this place again. An associate fraudently used my credit card. I was told cc numbers are not kept. Well they are because the associate used my card.

Hello, CRMC is a privately owned hospital managed by Sana Healthcare. I hope this helps!
Yes
There is a BS&W in Plano on Plano Pkwy near Preston. Don't know the history of Carrollton Regional. I just know that address as Carrollton Regional Medical Center.
Yes always
Ok
Yes. Your doctor can schedule the procedure for you.
Yes, they accept any and all emergencies.
Yes, my hubby was seen for one. They do the bare min though and refer you to a dentist since they aren't specialized in such things just FYI.
Check their website. I do know that they aren't in dire need of any telemetry technicians.
Although there is no labor and delivery department anymore, BSWMCC will still follow the EMTALA law.
Hallway looking at the parking lot on the side of the building. Not the front parking lot.
BSWMCC will see anyone. If you're in dire need to be seen, I suggest going to the emergency room.
Yes if seen by a doctor in hospital that day
I'm pretty sure it is in Denton county.
I've taken my child under 5 here before. I honestly wouldn't recommend it. They aren't trained well in children at all and it was a waste of time. Much better to go to a children's hospital.
Why would you go to the facility in Carrollton? There are many imaging centers that can accommodate your needs that are in or closer to Waco.
Yes
Get clear understanding of your treatment regime first via doctor, nurses ect. Ask questions to everyone. If after clarifying and you still are unhappy, consult with the house supervisor who's over the entire hospital at the time about your concern; or transfer to another hospital .... But, you may run into the same issue. As a patient, you have a right to refuse treatment, medication but be mindful and careful because that could come back and bite you in the butt.
