Amended since it's changed hands. Looks nothing like the picture. The security gates have been down for over 2 months. They had money to paint the brick LOL but not to fix the gates and today that is important gas thieves etc. Took 4 calls to get my AC fixed properly. Last time I opened a call on the gates they just closed it. No answers. They are actually worse than the previous landlord. Sad could be a nice place close to Winco, Walmart etc.

I currently live here, I have lived in these apartments for 5 years, and currently they have just changed owners, but they do not let us use the pool or the gym only during office hours, their justification is to say that there is no one to close, when before with other dreams they closed at 10 or 11 pm, one of security came to close and it seems very unfair to me because most of us worked and in the afternoon we want to go to the pool or the gym and we can't because they are closed. It's unfair because you pay for those services too, it's summer and the kids want to go to the pool and they can't because it's closed. The area is good and safe, only lately we can't enjoy these services. And I'm not the only one complaining about this. That's why I put my comment here!!

This place is a joke. The photos on the official website are not photos from this property. I don’t know where they’re from, but it’s not here. New management took over a few months ago & they are repainting the outside of buildings & raising rent by $500. Only move in here if you love to hear ever step your up stairs neighbors take. Everything has layers & layers of paint on them from the cabinet doors to the walls. The floors are warped & uneven to the point that you will trip over certain spots. There is one vent in the living area & it is located right by the kitchen so be prepared to pay out the wazoo on your electric bill because you have to blast the air or heat to cool down or warm up the living room. Just tried going to both pools on a Sunday only for them to have locks on them. Are we supposed to have keys, are they closed for some reason? Who knows. I never received any notification they were closed & it’s summer time so why? Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone anytime of the day. Also, don’t show up right when they “open” or too close to closing time because they like to open late & close early.

I love this community. Have been here over a year. The kitchen are small and not alot of counter or cabinet space. Maintenance is awesome. Only problem o have is website is down so can't pay my rent
