You ask for a mid fade cut and they don’t even know what is that (See photo). I am so disappointed, not for the fact that the hair cut I asked for, is not the one I got, regardless how many times I expressed my self as “I just want a skin fade”, but the way that I was treated by the stylists when I asked them where it was written in their policy that they charge extra $10 for using another clipper just to cut the hair shorter. She literally alleged that there is the way they do business there and also stated that the place is a Saloon, not a barber shop. Then, probably 10 seconds passed by while I was looking at my hair cut in te mirror when she told me that she believed it was time for me to pay and leave the store. Well, that’s exactly what I did, but I am not leaving from the parking yet before posting this review, because I believe it’s very important to let future customers and the community about this business practices. And I feel sorry for the owner, but they don’t really know how much your employees are hurting and damaging your business reputation and the good faith of your customers.

I've been going to this location with my stepson since moving to this part of DFW about six years ago. We haven't had a bad experience. I usually request Brianna, but if she's not there, I have confidence that any of the other stylists will do a great job.

The review from "Nick" is a fake review it's from management. All the 1stars are true. They cut my hair Lynette her name is smells of smoke, always hyped up on something whether it's over medicated or caffine. the cuts exactly what the stars show *1* ALL THE WAY
