Pros: Spacious, located in a great area, and are reasonably priced Cons: When my wife initially dropped off deposits and signed a document to hold one of the units, she was quoted one price. Later, the leasing agent put white out on the price and raised it $100 without notifying her of the price change or requesting that she sign a new document. When confronted, the leasing agent was not upfront. After multiple emails and phone calls and asking my wife to prove that she was ever sent a document with the original price, she finally admitted to it being a typo on her end and making the change after my wife's signature. This obvious lack of integrity was the first red flag. My wife also asked to see the unit prior to move in and was told that was not allowed. Upon move in, the paint job was unreasonably sloppy. Maintenance had to come back to repaint. Again, the job was sloppy and there were streaks in every room, and they got paint on our picture frames. It took three tries for the job to finally be done right. There were fingerprints on doors and walls, and you could tell the unit was not thoroughly cleaned prior to move in. The maintenance crew is very friendly, but work orders are not responded to in a timely manner unless it’s a true emergency. Upon move out, our entire deposit was kept, and they tried to charge us to uninstall an ADT security system that was setup by the previous tenant. When questioning the charge, the leasing agent was unwilling to be helpful or make any effort to resolve the issue. So, we reached out to the manager. After jumping through hoops and getting multiple statements from ADT proving the system was installed prior to the beginning of our lease term and that we never utilized the security system while living in the unit, they finally removed the charge. They also refused to provide any type of itemized invoice to justify remaining charges. We found it awfully convenient for them that the charges were almost the exact amount of our deposits. Overall, it’s a great place to live if you never have to deal with the office staff and you don't care about seeing your deposits again. After speaking with multiple neighbors, nobody I’ve met seems to be satisfied with the way the office is run or how they are treated as a customer.

Took over for another company. Very easy to deal with, very responsive to repair requests and timely. No issues.

I am not in this townhouse location but we do lease a townhome in Independence from Bristile Properties. I’ve had multiple interactions with our property management and the maintenance team. Nina has always answered my calls and listened to my needs/requirements for our home and has notified me of ongoing updates on work/maintenance orders as known when asked. Adam, Maintenance Manager is polite, respectful, very good with clients and repairs.

I have lived here 3 1/2 years, the management and maintenance do a wonderful job of keeping the town home repaired when needed. It is much appreciated as I am not mechanical. It is nice to be away from heavy traffic and it is very peaceful!
