Went to the urgent care on a weekend for my kiddos sport injury. We were seen quickly! All staff was kind and great!!

Every staff member was polite, kind and empathetic. I called early on Labor Day to see if they were open. I immediately had a call back and was told to come right in and told how to work the wheel chair. Once we arrived we were warmly greeted and helped. Another person came in with a life threatening emergency and an ambulance had to be called. The staff apologized to us for the wait, no apology was needed, life threatening emergencies should come 1st. The triage nurse, x-ray tech and nurse practitioner all treated me with care and reassured me coming in for treatment was the right thing to do. My injury was not as severe as we thought and they still were empathetic and supportive. I highly recommend Liberty hospital urgent care.

We have sampled most all of the urgent care facilities in the northland and Liberty Hospital Urgent Care is our go to. They are fantastic. With our insurance, Children's Mercy Urgent care is ridiculously expensive and Liberty does a phenomenal job with kids. My son smashed his fingers in a door and they were so patient with helping and explaining what they were doing and making sure he understood and was as comfortable as can be. I would have expected that from a pediatric specialty but was finding it here, too, is so great. We hope we don't have to visit often, but when we do, it's always the best experience given whatever illness or accident we have encountered.

Very nice staff. In my visit, didn’t have a long wait time. Organized and professional.
