Mail carrier ! It’s getting ridiculous I’m getting mail maybe twice a week and when it comes it’s late people need their mail everyday not just every other day or every 3 days

If I could rank this post office lower, I would. Terrible customer service, terrible wait times, terrible accommodations for me to take 30 seconds to write my return address instead of stepping out of line so staff can help other customers. All forgetting, that I too, am a customer that also waited in the same line and needed to write on an envelope… you know, cause it’s the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. Sincerely, go to other locations to meet your mailing needs, you’ll thank me later.

This has become one of the worst postal services to exist. Not to mention. The person I spoke with at the Main Office was very rude. No matter how your day is going, you continue to be professional. Cutting me off while talking. Then hung up my husband for a misunderstanding and she needs to have more training. Waiting 2-3 business day to find out about your mail is ridiculous and the postmen need to alternate their routes. One area one day and continue the rest of the route the next day. Simple But they be to high to remember Thier duties. Horrible people

Two days in a row now, I've been waiting for my package from Amazon through USPS. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, with no explanation the status changed 7 mins to the USPS closing that my package could not be delivered and that it was being held at the office. This morning before I had to be at work I went to pick up my package. I was pulled from the line and was told to wait in a separate area where I had to wait for additional 20 mins. Finally when the staff came back she handed me regular mail and stating that they do not hold packages and it would be delivered today. Now it is 30 mins to the center closing and not only has nothing been delivered but nor are they answering the phone. Great staff.

You would have to call the station to see.
U can call but folks will tell u anything on the phone. I would go in person and find out what Is going on. They might have your mail and your package sitting there also if u have a tracking number for your package take it with you. You get more done showing up cause somebody may not be doing they job.
Not sure. You can Google the hours or call.
I'm not real sure, They vary in price depending on what size you want, I think the smallest one start's between 50 and 70...
Hi, It seems as if this is a situation you may have to show up in person for, especially if it's meds for your Uncle. From my experiences with trying to reach a live human over the phone at the post office has also been horrible... sorry for this happening to you....
To swith from 1 mailbox to another, it takes about 5 minutes with proper information/ identification. To switch from p.o. box to home mailbox about 6-8 weeks to get ALL your mail fully coming to the new address. I hope this helps you😊
I know exactly how you feel, and it seems no one cares when you tell them about it. I sent all my Mother's mail to her via 2 day air, I promise you it came back 2 months later taped all up including other people's mail!!! I mean important mail like checks I so got in my car and used my gps and delivered those important letters and show them proof that it came to my address. I gave the rest to the post office and all they said was "WOW"???? I wanted my money back from the 2 day air mail. I'm still waiting....
He didn't leave a notice. I got an email saying they tried to deliver it yesterdsy but couldnt fit in box. And i checked the box about 7pm after he ran . but there was no notice.
Wow.....some carriers dont care.....the postal service is a HORRIBLE job.......
Small staff are busy giving customers there priority attention before worrying about phones
This is a Humana issue not a postal service one. Suggest you contact your health care provider
Buy "forever stamps" in < $10 folding packages so you will have in wallet or purse when you need one. They are 49 now and will go up
It happens all over City when they do not have "regular route" carriers
Depends on carrier. They put all one carriers mail in their section and the carrier "house sorts" and allegedly recheck at delivery
Because that is address on envelope. Senders need to be notified
There is a cinsumer complaints department
