I rated you one star because of the customer service I received at your store and the products I bought ended up being defective and I just had an overall bad experience and won’t be back, Update: yes I did and nothing got accomplished but as soon as I wrote a review I magically have this establishments undivided attention. I left my review and I’m done here.. I’m more than happy to come to your store and discuss this face to face but I’m not going to sit here and type paragraphs with you when this should’ve been completely resolved when I left your store for the second time .

Bruh, best shop ever!!!. also for all the idiots who gave this company a one star because the name... WHICH HAS THE NAME CBD IN IT!! ALSO DO YOU NOT LOOK AT A BUSINESSES WEBSITE BEFORE GOING? YA DUMB, and also acting like y'all went SOOOOO far out of your way, theres several, SEVERAL of medical dispensaries in less than a 2 mile radius. Diminishing a business because of your own fallibility, shows more of your character than the businesses. EMERALD GARDEN KEEP DOING WHAT YOU'RE DOING!! You're literally my favorite shop to go to!!! I knew what I went in there for and left with more. Dude was super chill and down to earth. Definitely will come back. My only complaint is they only had one type of wax and it was super runny in comparison to the other delta waxs I've tried at other places. Still giving 5 stars because you guys are amazing. Maybe I was just there on a day they were low on wax but itd be pretty awesome if I had more to choose from.

Great staff. They are super educated and helpful in finding what’s good for each individual. Also the owner was super friendly and took the time to explain in detail some new things I wasn’t previously knowledgeable about. Definitely recommend!!

your friend did not ask about growing marijuana. He asked about the difference between marijuana and CBD flower. I informed him about how the cannabis plant has been bred to a point with low enough THC where it is no longer considered marijuana, but classified as cbd flower based on the THC content. You asked a question about your own personal marijuana that you have at home. I informed you that we don't support illicit drugs. Then you asked if you could put your weed that you have at home into a container. That's when I told you that you would have to leave and that we don't support the use of any of our products for illicit drugs. You were interested in goading me, not educating yourself. And to make it clear, if you would like to come back into the shop and talk about anything or learn anything about the industrial hemp plant or CBD flower, I would be more than happy to inform you on the subject. We are here to educate first and foremost.
We have not yet obtained our medical marijuana license in the state of Missouri. We are dealing with several cannabinoids however including Delta 8 THC, Delta 10 the, THC-O, and THC-P. We have a multitude of different products with combinations of those various cannabinoids including cartridges Edibles and flower. No med card necessary. Thank you
