No, your mail lady goes around losing it. Then you go to the office and they can't find it either. So, they call the mail person and give you the ol run around. Say they did their best and everyone gets cookies. Even though your old Mail man did care enough and was at least doing their job correctly unlike the completely useless lot of the rest
