DO NOT take your jewelry to get repaired here. EVERY time I've taken something in, it has not come back correctly the first time. It takes multiple times to get it fixed the way you want it. I sent a necklace in to get repaired and shortened. It came back repaired but not shortened so I had to send it back and it finally got shortened. My diamond earrings had a bent post so I sent that in to get repaired. They came back crooked so I sent them back. They came back with the twist on backs not working correctly so I sent them back. They finally got it right and it takes a week or two each time you send items out. I lost a diamond in my earring and had to send them in for 2 months just to have them come back with backs that don't work like they should. The earrings are so loose on my ear that I'm scared they'll fall off. If you call their corporate customer service, they just tell you that it's a store issue. So here I go again to let them fix my backs and not see them for another week or two. I just hope they get it right this time.
