Our fur baby loves to come here. She is 10 pounds so I carry her in. The minute we are greeted, I can feel her tail wagging on my side and elbow. She does not hesitate to give Jamie snuggles. She always looks great when she is picked up, and she knows it.

We have been waiting for weeks to get a return call from the clinic that we were promised in order to schedule a follow-up appointment for one of our dogs. So we've tried calling them several times now and every time we get excuses but no answers then they promise a return call which we never receive. We paid them for labs which we were told were necessary before treating him. We've never gotten the results and he has still not been treated. Rude, unprofessional, unreliable.

Staff was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The cost of their emergency services were less than any other emergency vet clinic we've ever been to, about half the cost. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who cares about their animals.

I’d like to give CTVC a huge shoutout! My cat had an emergency yesterday and her regular vet said they don’t take walk ins so I was left with no other choice but to call around. I called CTVC next and they said bring her in. We were there in less than 20 minutes and they took her back the minute I walked in. Just having her in with the Dr. made me feel better, as I knew she needed emergency medical treatment. Unfortunately, we were not able to save her but I love the fact that they tried and were so professional with “the” conversation. I will be switching my other two cats to this vet and I will forever remember their efforts, professional service, and kind hearts helping me make it through that difficult decision. Thank you SO much for making yourselves available when I needed you most!! I appreciate all of you!!
