why say that you guys are here to help those in need when people like myself who are on their own, work full time, have a child, and pay things like rent and light CANT qualify. You guys dont factor in basic living expenses? why?

Because people like us, the working class, don't matter to the politicians in this state. You must be middle class or part of the welfare system for your voice to count.....but hey, Murphy is going to make marijuana legal so at least you can get stoned. SMH...time to move out of NJ.....

I agree I make 100 over the limit they said. And that's before taxes. They dont put into consideration all your bills too. Now I'm pregnant with no insurance.

My mom has diabetes n lupus they keep messing with her cuz she makes 18k a year not factoring her living expenses. She had to quit her job and move in with me just so she could qualify and get the treatments and medications she needs. Smh

Yeah they should count you're income after taxes, as far as expenses go they know some people can't be trusted and will lie about how much rent and utilities they pay, and it is those assclowns who mess it up for the rest of us!
