Does anybody in the agency know what is going on?? It seems each person I speak with is less informed than the next, WE REALLY need to rework this if my tax dollars are supporting this incompetent agency.

So I'm assuming I'm not the only one who hasn't heard anything about my renewal. The automated system says up too 45 days but it's been over 2 months now......

I’ve had to resubmit my info twice waited 3 month only to get a letter saying I need to resubmit my information. This has been going on since July, my son and I have no insurance.

I got approved in July and didnt even know it. No call no medical cards and everytime I call about it I'm hold for almost an hour. Like who has time to sit and wait on a phone that long.

I keep on getting different information. Meanwhile I have bern with out insurance since Oct 1st. Everytime I call they give me some excuse, I submited paperwork before the deadline and yesterday they came up with some excuse I have to reapply. Applying for anything on the marketplace is ridiculous because they do not gove you any info online, then I get bombared with 20+ calls for which I am sure I have to give info again. We have the worst healthcare system in the world. In part because health insurance and pharmaceutical companies are charging outrageous premiums. It's a good thing a single person can finally qualify for insurance under the affordable care act, before it was impossible unless you paid out of pocket or your employer probided health insurance.

I renewed and was approved, then got a letter months later saying I needed to submit income verification, fine, sent it, then get another letter saying I haven't sent it. Now I finally get a letter saying I don't qualify under the income eligibility because they say im making over $3,000 a month!! They claim I haven't sent any income info at all, then claim I make that much when I haven't even made $3,000 YEAR TO DATE let alone A MONTH!!

Lazyist Kid | Oct 9, 2019

I am concerned with if the programs I am going to are covered under Medicaid or NJ familyCare. I just want to know and make sure I don’t get stuck on pills/ medication again.
