They put all the handicap people leave in one build 5845, apartment infested with roaches can even get pest control they take for ever to do a maintenance request. Good luck moving here. It’s a nightmare… Management is the worst!! Don’t do it. There is better places worth your money… and for Handicap people no accommodations…

We moved to The Fountains at Lee Vista two weeks ago from Miami. Manuel Linares ( Many) helped us with the application process and he also was the one that showed us the apartment the first day. He is very professional and attentive. So far I have a great opinion about this place. The apartment is very nice and the place in general gives me a very peaceful feeling. Thanks so much Many for helping us!

With all the mold we have, the air quality is poisonous and my family and I have had 10 floods from upstairs in the last year. This week alone I have emailed Carmen the property manager 3x and called for her 4x. I was even promised a call by Manny on Wednesday if Carmen didnt give me a call that he would give me a call.
