Great Greebo
Sunny Meadows is the cleanest, best maintained park I've seen in years. The lots are roomy, guest parking is ample, a grange-like hall & extra RV/boat parking are all here. The park is surrounded by trees & fields giving it a quiet, rural feel (but with city conveniences).The Managers are the perfect balance between professional & personable and the neighbors are friendly. We purchased a home here in August and are beyond thrilled with this park. I would highly recommend Sunny Meadows to anyone wanting a SAFE, quiet, clean, well maintained (beautiful) place to live with great management!

It is very well maintained! Beautiful! The managers make sure everything is in order! I havent seen a mobile home park so nice! Feel safe! And crime 0!

This park has gotten rediculous since new management. #34, 37 and 77 are all of the same family and are allowed to do anything they want and apparently it doesn’t matter to management that these three lots look absolutely trashy and disgusting. Piss poor community that was once a beautiful quiet place to be a part of. Truly a trailer park in every sense of the word now. Management doesn’t want to do anything regarding the “problem people”

This park allows 34 and 37 to have underage parties. I have multiple friends ds who tell me to look for my missing kids there.....ain't that great.....!!!!!!!! Look for your kids at a trailer park. If your kids missing or a runaway. I give 5 stars that thier here prolly at # 37

The lease requires "Owner occupied" which means you have to own your own home and rent the space the home sits on. We have two available lots that will hold a single or double wide manufactured home only up to 40 ft long. These pads are pre-existing. Please call for more details. Two pets only per lot. Some breeds are not allowed. Only up to 30 lbs for dogs and cats. All pets must be spayed / nuetered and have up to date vaccinations. ESA's are allowed with the proper documentation.
Space rent is currently $500. monthly. Does not include utilities. No more than 2 pets per unit. Must be 35# and under. All pets must be spayed or neutered. All vaccinations documentation. Certain breeds and mixed breeds are not allowed.
The homes are owner occupied. But, if the park owns one of the homes, we can talk options to buy most definitely. Thank you for your inquiry. Management.
