I called customer service regarding an issue where the provider couldn't process my insurance. Called HAP and they put me on hold for 40 minutes (and counting) and disappeared. It shouldn't have to be this hard to receive healthcare.

My wife broke her spine and HAP denied her pain meds until she could see a specialist, even though the specialist appointment was multiple weeks away. She suffered for weeks in agony even though her doctor insisted she needed help. HAP is evil and they do not care about you. They only care about taking you money. They are everything that is wrong with the American health care system.

Visited the HAP building today for an employee health screening, as required by Henry Ford for all employees, and was blown away by how amazing the nurse was who administered my vaccination and completed my blood work. She was extremely professional, friendly, gentle, and personable, and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. Shout out to Darling for her incredible work ❤️

I do not know why. Henry Ford uses their own call centers in detroit
